Zi’kuial’s Notes:

After many days travel of a land lacking of any real trophies we reached the lands of the Leonite Empire. It is surrounded by a natural defense of mountains. The people here seem very  privileged of never really seeing any strife or war. Meanwhile their neighbors seem to see plenty of it. Their people are happy and their government structure appears to work well. There are a variety of species here. Elephant, lion, and bird people. The typical humans, dwarves, and elves which all seem to be everywhere I have travelled. I wonder if their species are the older ones. However, no evidence of Yautja being present and from what I can tell I am the first they have seen. They show no ill will towards a species they have never seen. This is unlike most civilizations I have come in contact with.

Gek and Fyrdinand started their alcoholic self-destruction. Gek out drank Fyrdinand this time. Maybe his species has a faster metabolism. That would be a beneficial trait for hybridization if it wasn’t for the rest of them are inferior in stature and intellect.

We have contacted the senate of Leonite Empire. They will give us help in freeing the people of Zhelrus from the Tyranny of Dragons! Negotiated by Luxen. They did a most spectacular job.

I look forward to finding a challenge in Zhelrus. Larger Dragon skulls shall help complete my collection.

I have hear of Terrasques being in the Desert and they sound like they may be a challenge. They call them city destroyers. However, that is not saying much. I think Fyrdinand’s “magic” may be powerful enough to already do that.

  • Traveled for 3 days to the location marked on the map without issue – the Fortress.

Loot

  • 2500 cp, 1000 sp, 50 gp, 3 x diamond (50 gp), jasper (50 gp), moonstone (50 gp), onyx (50 gp)
  • Treasure. The iron trunk contains a pair of dwarven sandals carved out of obsidian (250 gp), a quilted smoking jacket sized for a dwarf and sewn with fifty gemstones (500 gp), a malachite beard comb set with seven red garnets (750 gp), a hookah made of platinum and star sapphire (2,500 gp), and a rolled-up leather scroll with the following sequence of numbers written on it in Dwarvish:

  • Going to Easthavens docks – there is supposed to be a meeting with the duragard that a note we found in the area of some people we just killed mentioned.  We need to find out who this meeting is with and why there is a meeting happening to determine if  it is a threat to the people of ten towns.
  • Arrived at Easthaven, Spoke to the Indra Arlaggath (1/2 elf Captain of the Guard) who asks that we search the shores for some Anglers that have gone missing.
  • Spoke with the Danneth Waylen (Human Town Speaker) and Arlaggath privately at the town hall – presented the note that we recovered from the dead Daugaard at the cave.  Danneth asks that we attend the meeting, that was mentioned in the note, at the ferry dock and kill any Daugaard that arrive than look for the Anglers.
  • At the ferry dock the ferry boat is docked.  We searched the ferry, found 1 Daugaard that we fought – took back to the Speaker alive but unconscious for questioning.  Durth “3rd Son of Xardorok Sunblight” – no answer  as to what he is doing here. – cast suggestion – here looking for Chardalyn to create a dragon that will destroy Ten Towns.  The location on the map marked by the cave is the forge that they are making the dragon at – states that they are almost done.
  • The speaker and captain will send out word of the danger and prepare for attack.  They gave 1 scroll of fireball, 1 bag of tricks (grey), 2 potions of healing (basic), and 1 potion of gases form to help with the attack against the forge.
